摘要
热轧线生产的小批量品种比较多,包括汽车结构用钢、汽车大梁钢、酸洗板等。钢铁行业竞争日趋激烈,质量是企业的第一生命线,持续不断地提高产品质量是企业生存与发展的必由之路。热轧部以控制质量成本为目的,规范炼钢标准化操作,科学优化终点成分控制工艺,降低不合格产品。通过工艺创新实现标准化、专业化生产,提升产品实物质量,树立唐钢热轧品牌形象。
        There are many varieties of small batch production in hot rolling line, such as steel for automobile structure,automobile beam steel, pickling plate and so on. With fierce competition in iron and steel industry, quality is the first lifeline of the enterprise, and the constant quality improvement of products is the only way for the survival and development of enterprises. In order to control the quality cost, the operation of steelmaking process is standardized,and control process of end-point component is scientifically optimized, and unqualified products are reduced. Through technological innovation, standardized and specialized production is realized, product quality is improved, and a brand image of Tangsteel hot rolling is established.
