骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者进行脊柱微创手术的疗效

摘要
目的:探讨脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的临床效果。方法:收治骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者50例,随机分为两组,每组各25例。对照组给予常规保守治疗,观察组给予脊柱微创手术治疗,比较两组临床效果、术后并发症和椎体恢复情况。结果:治疗后,观察组平均Cobb角9.5°±3.7°明显小于对照组的37.8°±6.5°,骨块侵占椎管的比率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的治疗效果较好,术后并发症较少。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive spinal surgery for patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods:50 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures were divided into two groupsrandomly.The control group was given conventional conservative treatment,while the observation group was given minimally invasive spinal surgery,the clinical effect,postoperative complications and vertebral recovery between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the average Cobb angle(9.5±3.7)° of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(37.8±6.5)°,the ratio of the bone mass to the spinal canal was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive spinal surgery for patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures was effective and had less postoperative complications.
