复杂环境下高层建筑物施工控制点竖向传递方法

摘要
针对目前在高层建筑物施工中存在的控制点坐标竖向传递的工作常常受施工环境制约而无法进行的问题,根据高层建筑物施工的环境状况和精度要求,提出了在建筑物外墙外侧设置两根重锤线,将地面控制点和施工层控制点与重锤线进行连接测量,从而实现控制点竖向传递的方法,以此获得施工层控制点的坐标.对该方法的精度和适用性进行了分析,并在实际工程上进行了实验.结果表明,该方法具有精度可靠、操作简便和受施工环境影响小等优点,适用于复杂环境下高层建筑物施工控制点坐标的竖向传递工作.
        In order to solve the problem that in the construction process of high-rise building,the vertical transmission work of control points is unable to be carried out caused by the restriction of construction environment,according to the environment condition and precision requirement in the construction of high-rise building,the method that through setting two plumb lines outside the wall of the building to connect and measure the control points both on the ground and on the construction floor as well as the plumb lines,was proposed. Thus the coordinate of control points on the construction floor was acquired. The precision and applicability of the method were analyzed,and the method was experimented in an actual engineering. The results showthat the method has such advantages as reliable precision,easy operation and little construction affection,and is suitable for the vertical transmission work of control point coordinate in high-rise building construction under the complex environment.
