骨科低年资护士实施人文关怀护理阻碍性因素的质性研究

摘要
目的探讨泰安地区3所三级甲等医院骨科低年资护士临床实施人文关怀护理的阻碍性因素。方法采用现象学分析法进行分析法,2018年6月-10月采用便利抽样法,对骨科12名低年资护士进行半结构访谈法访谈。结果骨科低年资护士实施人文关怀护理的阻碍性因素主要包括人文关怀知识储备不足、工作压力大、临床护理带教有待加强等几个方面。结论低年资护士对人文关怀知识掌握水平及临床应用情况尚有很大提升空间,需要开展规范化培训做好人文关怀知识储备、适当减轻工作压力、加强护理临床带教等几个主要方面,全面提升骨科低年资护士的临床工作中的人文护理能力。
Objective Purpose Investigate the obstructive factors for low-seniority nurses in implementing humanistic nursing care in the orthopedics 3 grade A hospitals of grade three in Tai'an area. Method Phenomenological analysis was used to analyze the situation. From June to October 2018, 12 junior orthopaedic nurses were interviewed by semi-structured interview. Results The obstructive factors for low-seniority nurses in implementing humanistic nursing care in the orthopedics department mainly include insufficient humanist care knowledge reserve, great working pressure, and the unreinforced clinical care education as well as several other aspects. Conclusion The knowledge acquisition level and clinical application of humanistic nursing of low-seniority nurses still require further improvement. Therefore, it is required to carry out regulated training, prepare enough humanistic care knowledge reserve,relieve working pressure properly, strengthen clinical care education and so on, so as to improve the humanistic care ability of the lowseniority nurses comprehensively.
