城市公办小学代课教师职业适应状况的调查研究——以SZ市部分学校为例

摘要
随着社会发展,学生人数不断增加,学校不断扩建,而教师招聘计划有限,因此城市中的代课教师人数及其占比都在不断攀升。通过类别分析法和情境分析法以及"研究者作为研究工具"的研究法对方便抽样的具有典型特征的九位代课教师进行访谈分析发现,当前代课教师综合素质较高,其对教师职业比较认同,在职业认知方面适应水平较高。此外,代课教师的职业能力适应与其实习经历息息相关,同时公办小学也会提供相应的职业能力培训。在人际关系方面,代课教师与同事领导相处和谐,与家长学生相处存在一定问题。最后,一方面代课教师对学校的工作环境满意度较高,另一方面,代课教师与正式教师同工不同酬让代课教师怨气颇深。
With the development of society, the number of students and schools are expanding, and the recruitment plan for teachers is limited. Therefore, the number of substitute teachers in the city is rising. Through the methods of category analysis and situation analysis, and the research method of "researcher as a research tool", and the interview analysis of nine substitute teachers with typical characteristics through convenient sampling,it is recognized that the current comprehensive quality of substitute teachers and their comparison with teachers and the level of adaptation in terms of professional cognition are high. In addition,the vocational ability of substitute teachers is closely related to their internship experience, and public primary schools will also provide corresponding vocational ability training. In terms of interpersonal relationships, substitute teachers and colleagues lead to harmony, and there are certain problems with parents and students. Finally, substitute teachers have high satisfaction with the school's working environment and substitute teachers don't have equal pay for work as formal teachers.
