摘要
采用溶液法及后硒化处理的方式在柔性钼衬底上制备铜锌锡硫硒薄膜,并通过XRD、EDS、Raman和SEM分析薄膜的结晶性、物相和形貌。研究金属成分含量对CZTSSe薄膜形貌的影响,最终在柔性衬底上制备出成分均匀可控、无二元或三元杂相、结晶致密连续的CZTSSe薄膜,并以此为基础制备结构为Mo/CZTSSe/CdS/i-ZnO/ITO/Ag的柔性太阳电池,得到的电池最高效率为3.83%。
        CZTSSe thin films were prepared on flexible molybdenum substrates by solution process followed by selenization.The crystallinity,phase and morphology of the films were analyzed by XRD,EDS,Raman and SEM.The effect of metal content on the morphology of CZTSSe thin films was studied.Finally,dense and well crystallized CZTSSe thin films with uniform and controllable composition,no binary or ternary impurities were obtained on flexible substrates.Flexible CZTSSe solar cells were completed in a structure of Mo/CZTSSe/CdS/i-ZnO/ITO/Ag,and the highest efficiency was 3.83%.
