高校高水平运动员引领建设的第二课堂研究

摘要
通过文献分析、访谈和实地调研的方法,结合高校高水平运动队建设的整体情况以及高水平运动员培养中存在的人才培养体系不完善、参与校园体育文化建设不足、综合能力有待提升等问题,提出高校高水平运动员引领建设第二课堂的内容、途径、保障和评价体系,为构建科学的体育人才培养模式、丰富校园体育文化、发挥高校高水平运动员和学生自主性,提升综合能力创造有利条件。
Through literature analysis,interviews and investigation,combined with the overall situation of high-level sports teams' construction in universities and the problems of high-level athletes' cultivation including the imperfect personnel training system,the lack of participation in the construction of campus sports culture,and the need for improvement in comprehensive abilities,the paper proposes the content,approach,guarantee,and evaluation system for the second classroom construction led by high-level athletes in universities,in order to create favorable conditions for building a scientific sports personnel training model,enriching campus sports culture,enhancing autonomy and comprehensive capabilities of high-level athletes and students in universities.
