科技创新对区域经济发展支撑作用研究——以江苏省为例

摘要
检验科技创新是否对区域经济发展发挥支撑作用,科学分析科技创新对区域经济发展的作用形式具有重要意义。以全国首个创新型省份建设试点——江苏省为例,从相互联系的系统观视角出发,运用方差分析模型、两阶段三系统DEA模型及绝对β-收敛检验模型分析科技创新对区域经济发展的支撑作用。研究结果表明:江苏省区域经济发展区域间差异显著,呈现苏南、苏中和苏北地区阶梯状分布的局面;科技创新对区域经济发展的支撑效率总体较高,但区域间、城际间支撑效率差异明显,苏南地区支撑效率普遍高于苏北地区支撑效率;科技创新对区域经济发展的支撑效率不具有收敛性,同时发散趋势也不显著,区域经济仍将维持非均衡协调发展的态势。
        It is of great significance to test whether scientific and technological innovation plays a supporting role in regional economic development and scientifically analyze the forms of scientific and technological innovation in regional economic development. Take the first construction pilot of innovative provinces——Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper used the variance analysis model, the two-stage-three-system DEA model and the absolute beta convergence test model to analyze the supporting role of technical innovation in regional economic development. The results show that the level of regional economic development in Jiangsu province has obvious difference, showing the situation of ladder distribution in South of Jiangsu, Middle of Jiangsu and Northern of Jiangsu; the supporting efficiency of technical innovation to regional economic development is generally high, and the supporting efficiency between regional and intercity is obviously different, which shows that the supporting efficiency of South of Jiangsu region is generally higher than the support efficiency of Northern Jiangsu province; the support efficiency of technical innovation to regional economic development is not convergent, and the divergence trend is not obvious, and the regional economy will maintain the trend of unbalanced and coordinated development.
