摘要
目的探讨野生川麦冬植株块根产量及有效组分积累规律,建立相对应的函数分析模型。方法采集不同发育阶段的野生川麦冬植株块根并测产(g/株),测定麦冬植株块根光合产物积累率(g/100 g)及水浸出物、醇浸出物、总多糖、总黄酮的含量(%)并计算其积累量,利用Origin和SPSS 19.0软件对实验数据进行分析。结果野生川麦冬植株块根的生物学产量、麦冬光合产物积累率、麦冬光合产物积累量Y与生育年限X均为显著正相关规律;不同生育年限的野生川麦冬植株块根的有效组份含量及其积累量与生育年限均为极显著正相关规律(P<0.05)。结论研究结果能为野生川麦冬资源的综合开发利用及品质评价提供了科学依据。
Objective To discuss the law about wild Ophiopogon japonicus root tubers' harvest and effective component accumulation correlation, and establish a corresponding function analysis model. Methods Collecting wild Ophiopogon japonicus root tubers with different growth years and calculating their yields(g/zhu), and then measursing and calculating the contents of accumulation rates of photosynthate(g/100 g), aqueous extract, alcohol extracts, total polysaccharides, and content of total flavonoids(%). Finally, analyzing the experimental data by using Origin and SPSS 19 software. Results The biological yield and accumulation rate of photosynthate in wild Ophiopogon japonicas, as well as the accumulation of photosynthate have positive correlation rule with the growth years; The effective component content and accumulation of the root tubers in wild Ophiopogon japonicus are very significant positive correlation with the growth years(P < 0.05*). Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization and quality evaluation of wild Ophiopogon japonicus resources.
