试以通法释四逆散的治法

四逆散出自《伤寒论·辨少阴病脉证并治》,实则属仲景的六经辩证中的少阴病方,多理解为因少阴阳虚、少阴邪热内郁或少阴枢机不利。然而教科书中多对其病机解释为肝胃不和,并由此测其治法为疏肝理脾。余认为其与仲景本意之间有难以解释的地方,故试用八法之外之"通法"释四逆散之法。
The Sini-San comes from Shanghan-Lun, which is actually from the Shaoyin Disease Prescription in Zhongjing's Six Classics Dialectics. They are mostly interpreted as due to the deficiency of Shaoyin's Yang, the internal depression of Shaoyin's pathogenic heat or the disorder of Shaoyin's pivot mechanism. However, most textbooks explain its pathogenesis as the disharmony between liver and stomach, and thus test its treatment as soothing the liver and regulating the spleen. I believed that there is something difficult to explain between Zhongjing and his original intention, so he tried to use the " Dredging method" to explain the treatment of Sini-San.
