普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果分析

摘要
目的探讨普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法在受试者中进行随机对照临床试验,选取2017年4月～2018年2月在商丘市第一人民医院因哮喘发作而入院的患儿80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予普米克气雾剂治疗哮喘发作,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特药物治疗,比较两组在治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应以及肺功能情况。结果患儿在接收治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组的临床疗效更优(P <0.05),且肺功能恢复情况更佳(P <0.05);两组的不良反应无明显差异。结论对于小儿哮喘疾病,采用普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗效果更佳,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted in the subjects. Eighty children admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from April 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. example. The control group was given Pulmicort aerosol for asthma attack. The observation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and lung function of the two groups were compared. Results After receiving the treatment, the clinical effect of the observation group was better(P<0.05) and the recovery of lung function was better(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion For children with asthma, the combination of Pulmicort aerosol and montelukast has better therapeutic effect and good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
