细节化护理干预对产妇睡眠及负性情绪影响

摘要
目的探究对产妇实施细节化护理干预的效果及产妇睡眠状况、负性情绪影响。方法将2017年1月-2018年2月的82例产妇患者应用随机数字表的方式平均分为实验组与对照组,并分别采用细节化护理干预与常规护理干预方式对患者的病症进行护理,判别护理效果。结果经研究,实验组产妇的睡眠质量高于对照组,且实验组患者的焦虑水平与抑郁水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论采用细节化护理干预方式对产妇进行护理,有利于提升产妇的睡眠质量,改善患者不良心理状态,护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing intervention on puerpera, maternal sleep status and negative emotional impact. Methods A total of 82 parturients from January 2017 to February 2018 were divided into the experimental group and the control group by means of random number table. Detailed nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were used to nursing the patients' symptoms, and the nursing effect was judged. Results The sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the anxiety level and depression level of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing of parturient women with detailed nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the sleep quality of parturient women,improve the patients' bad psychological state, and the nursing effect is significant.
