摘要
家畜精液保存在畜牧生产实践中具有十分重要的意义,随着家畜人工授精技术的广泛应用,精液冷冻保存技术研究也更加深入。精液在冷冻保存的过程中,精子细胞会产生过量的活性氧,活性氧与精子细胞膜上的不饱和脂肪酸易发生氧化反应,破坏精子结构和功能的完整性,导致精液品质下降。抗氧化剂具有清除活性氧自由基的作用,可消除精液冷冻过程中所产生的过量活性氧,保护精子细胞免受氧化应激损伤,进而提高精液品质。本文主要对精子冷冻氧化性损伤机制及常用抗氧化剂进行综述,并对抗氧化剂的应用前景进行展望,以期为更进一步提高家畜精液冷冻保存品质,发挥良种优势提供理论依据与参考。
        The preservation of livestock semen is of great significance in the practice of livestock production.With the extensive application of livestock artificial insemination,the research on cryopreservation of semen has become more in-depth.During the cryopreservation of semen,spermatozoa could produce excessive amounts of reactive oxygen species,causing oxidation reaction between sperm and reactive oxygen species,resulting in damage to the sperm structure and function,and eventually resulting in decreased semen quality.Antioxidants have the function of scavenging reactive oxygen species and free radicals,and can eliminate excess active oxygen generated,so that the spermatozoa are protected from oxidative stress,and improve the quality of semen.This review mainly summarizes the mechanism of oxidative damage in animal spermatozoa and commonly used antioxidants,and prospects for the application of antioxidants,hoping improve the cryopreservation quality of livestock semen and provide theoretical basis of superiority of thoroughbred livestock.
