大黄利胆胶囊对胆囊结石患者术后生化指标的影响

摘要
目的探讨大黄利胆胶囊对胆囊切除术后患者生化指标的影响。方法 50例因胆囊结石行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组围手术期给予大黄利胆胶囊,对照组不服用任何药物,观察患者术后一般情况、是否出现PCS(postcholecystectomy syndrome)症状,检测总胆红素(TBil)和直接胆红素(DBil)水平。结果治疗组和对照组术后一般情况均良好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组PCS发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后TBil和DBil水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期服用大黄利胆胶囊对患者术后一般情况无影响,可降低患者术后TBil和DBil水平及PCS发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of Rhubarb cholagogue capsule on biochemical indexes in postoperative patients with gallbladder stone.Methods 50 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy because of gallbladder stone were randomly divided into the treatment group(25 cases)and the control group(25 cases).The patients in the treatment group were given Rhubarb cholagogue capsule in perioperation and the patients in the control group were given nothing.The postoperation general conditions were observed,including whether there was symptoms of postcholecystectomy syndrome(PCS),and the levels of total bilirubin(TBil)and direct bilirubin(DBil)were measured.Results The postoperative general condition of two groups were both good,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of PCS in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of TBil and DBil of patients in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Administration of Rhubarb cholagogue capsule in perioperation has no adeverse effects on postoperative general condition of patients and it can lower the levels of TBil and DBil as well as the occurrence rate of PCS.
