摘要
从研究目的、研究对象、研究方法对高职英语教师专业素质与发展现状进行具体调查,分析数据发现专业群建设背景下高职英语教师专业发展存在一定问题,结合高职院校专业群建设对高职英语教师专业发展要求,建议建立专业群内"双师型"英语教师的准入机制、培养机制以及相应的激励机制,探索促进高职院校专业群建设背景下英语教师专业发展路径,优化高职英语教师队伍。
This paper studies the professional development of English teachers from research purposes, objectives and methods. Results show that problems exist in the context of specialty clusters. Namely, the requirements for the professional development of the teachers are much higher, so that admission mechanism is urgently needed of double-function teachers, and English teachers ought to be optimized in vocational colleges.
