摘要
风洞试验装备健康的影响因素多、关系复杂,现有偏重运行监测和诊断的管理方法难以对设备全寿命周期内的影响因素进行全面识别和量化权重;基于层次分析法(AHP)确定试验装备在全寿命过程中影响装备健康的因素体系,计算各类因素所占的权重,建立量化评价模型;提出了根据模型实际评价效果的动态反馈对模型参数进行持续优化的反馈修正方法,将健康因素的量化与评价模型尽可能逼近于理想(TOPSIS);在风洞试验装备健康管理工作中的实际应用表明,该方法能快速识别和量化在装备设计、加工、使用、维护、保养全寿命周期的影响因素,既利于提高新装备研发阶段的预防性设计能力,又能够针对性地确定监测指标和制定操作规程,形成科学的管理办法,提高了健康管理的可操作性、通用性及预防性。
        The health of wind tunnel test equipment is subject to a variety of correlated factors.It is difficult to fully identify and weigh the factors affecting test equipment health in a full lifecycle using the existing management method that focuses on monitoring and diagnosis of operation.Therefore,an Analytical-Hierarchy-Process-based quantitative evaluation model is established to determine factors related to equipment health in the whole lifecycle and their respective weight coefficients.Also,a feedback correction method is given for continual optimization of model parameters in response to dynamic feedback of model evaluation results.In real application,the method is proven to be effective in fast identification and quantification of factors influencing equipment life-cycle health in the process of design,manufacturing,application,and maintenance,which means it can both help strengthen prevention design in new equipment development and formulate more specifically monitoring criteria and operation regulations toward a more scientific management approach with which health management will be improved in terms of operability.versatility and preventability.
