摘要
为抑制中子小角散射实验中伴随γ辐射的影响,研究弱散射能力中子辐照样品在不同实验条件下探测器获取的散射信号。结果表明:通过适当降低探测器的阳极工作电压,伴随γ辐射信号在全背底中的贡献比例降低,二维散射图谱环向均匀性大幅提升,散射信号的信噪比明显提高;根据辐照样品特性优选探测器阳极工作电压,可抑制伴随γ辐射的影响,改善样品的散射数据质量。
In order to reduce the influence of γ-ray in small angle scattering experiments, the measurements of γ signal and neutron scattering signal of irradiated specimens are performed at different states. The result shows: by properly decreasing anode voltage of detector,the contribution ratio of γsignal in the whole background is decreased,the circularly uniformity of the two-dimensional scattering patterns is improved,and the specimen's signal to noise ratio is obviously increased. To chose anode voltage by characteristics of samples,the influence of γ signal can be effectively suppressed,moreover,the quality of the SANS curve is significantly improved.
