摘要
计算流体力学(CFD)在汽车空气动力学设计中得到了广泛应用,但传统的CFD方法只能在产品的CAD几何数模设计完成之后进行分析,CFD分析工程师所提出的优化方案无法得到立即验证,设计周期增长,成本高。文章基于某车的CFD网格模型,针对汽车前部相关设计变量,利用优化软件HyperStudy与网格变形软件HyperMorph、商用流体分析软件STAR-CCM+耦合,实现了汽车气动外形减阻的自动优化流程。
The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is widely applied during the design of vehicle dynamic shape. However, the traditional CFD can only be used after the complete of vehicle CAD geometrical digital model, and the optimization scheme cannot be verified at once, which made the automobile design period longer. Based on the CFD model of an automobile, an automatic optimization process for the design variables of automobile front part was realized by coupling optimization code Hyperstudy, element morph code Hypermorph and commercial CFD code STAR-CCM+.
