摘要

目的:了解醋酸阿托西班治疗先兆早产的临床护理要点。方法:收治醋酸阿托西班治疗先兆早产孕妇78例,随机分为两组。常规护理组用护理常规,针对性护理组用针对性护理,比较两组满意度;对醋酸阿托西班的认知、醋酸阿托西班治疗依从性;护理前后情绪状态评分;药物不良反应率。结果:针对性护理组满意度、情绪状态评分、对醋酸阿托西班的认知、醋酸阿托西班治疗依从性、药物不良反应率方面相较常规护理组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸阿托西班治疗先兆早产孕妇实施针对性护理效果理想。
        Objective:To understand the clinical nursing points of atroxiban acetate in the treatment of threatened premature labor.Methods:78 cases of threatened premature labor women treated with atroxiban acetate were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the routine nursing group used routine nursing and the targeted nursing group with targeted nursing.We compared the satisfaction of the two groups,the cognition of atoxiban acetate,the compliance of atoxiban acetate treatment,the emotional state score before and after nursing,the side effect rate of drugs.Results:Compared with the routine nursing group,the targeted nursing group had better satisfaction,emotional state score,recognition of atroxiban acetate,compliance of atroxiban acetate treatment and drug side effect rate,P<0.05 the difference was significant.Conclusion:Atoxiban acetate is effective in targeted nursing for threatened preterm pregnant women.
