奈维与带蒂大网膜在食管癌颈部吻合口包埋中的应用
摘要
<正>颈部吻合口瘘是食管癌术后最常见的并发症之一,相关文献显示其发生率达3%～5%,瘘后患者死亡率高达50%~([1-2])。颈部机械吻合器的出现减少了人工缝合导致的术后早期吻合口瘘,但颈部食管吻合口有限的血供和柔软组织包裹的缺少、食管较高的压力差和胃液的反流腐蚀,以及多种原因造成的呛咳、牵震等都增加了患者术后颈部吻合口瘘发生的风险~([3-4])。郑州大学第一附属医院胸外科不断寻找降低吻合口瘘的新方法,历经单纯荷包包埋、带
