摘要
为了评价猪白细胞介素-2重组乳酸菌(porcine interleukin-2 recombinant lactic acid bacteria, PIL-2-RLAB)对小鼠小肠结构的影响,试验用磷酸缓冲液(PBS)、乳酸菌(LAB)、PIL-2-RLAB分别灌胃21只4周龄小鼠1周,记录各组小鼠体重增长变化并绘制增重曲线,颈椎脱臼法处理小鼠并取十二指肠进行H.E.染色制作组织切片,显微镜下观察肠绒毛形态变化,测量肠绒毛长度(深度),观察肠上皮细胞形态结构。结果表明:LAB和PIL-2-RLAB均可加快小鼠体重增长,显著促进肠绒毛生长(P<0.05),改善肠上皮细胞结构的完整性。说明PIL-2-RLAB有改善肠组织内部结构,增强机体免疫力的作用,或许可用于动物肠道疾病的防治。
        In this study,phosphoric acid buffer(PBS), lactic acid bacteria(LAB), and PIL-2-RLAB were used in 21 4-week old mice for 1 week respectively to record the change of weight growth and draw the weight gain curve of each group of mice. The experiment was conducted to treat the mice by cervical delocation and to take the duodenum H.E. staining for tissue section. The length(depth) of intestinal villi was measured under the microscope and the morphological structure of intestinal epithelial cells was observed.The results show that both of LAB and PIL-2-RLAB can increase the body weight of mice, significantly promote the length(depth) of intestinal villus(P< 0.05) and improve the structural integrity of intestinal epithelial cell. It indicates that PIL-2-RLAB can improve intestinal structure, strengthen the body immunity and can be used to prevent and treat the animal intestinal diseases.
