摘要
电机运行时所产生的噪音与电机的驱动模式相关。文中通过噪音频谱瀑布图(waterfall)的试验结果,对两相混合式步进电机的运行噪音与驱动器的驱动模式的关系进行了分析。结果表明,在电机稳态运行时,采用细分驱动模式有助于减少电机的噪音,但对电机的某些频率点上所引起的噪音则帮助不大。这些结果对高性能步进电机驱动模式的研发提供了依据。
        The noise generated in the stepper motor operation is related to the driving mode of the motor. In this paper, the relationship between the noise of two-phase hybrid stepper motor and the driving mode was analyzed with the waterfall noise spectrum. The results show that micro-step driving mode is helpful to reduce the noise of motor in steady state operation, but it is not effective to some frequency points of motor noise. These results provide a guidance for the research and development of high-performance stepper motor driving mode.
