摘要

由于被测齿轮的参数限制在使用CNC齿轮测量中心测量齿轮时测头的尺寸受到约束,故分析了测头尺寸受限的主要因素并得到结论;且设计了一个根据被测齿轮的参数确定测头尺寸受限条件的查询对话框,经过与计算数据比较,证明查询对话框实用可靠;最后经分析得到的计算数据确定了测头尺寸受限的一般规律。
        Due to the parameters of gear are important to pick the probe, so the paper analysis on the constraints of probe radius and get a conclusion. A dialogue query box which could determine the probe size has been designed,through calculation and comparison the dialogue query box is practical and reliable. At last,analysis of the calculated data,the general discipline of the constraints of probe radius has to be defined.
