摘要
对老旧建筑进行地下空间开发,一般都是将老旧建筑既有地下室拆除后回填加固,再进行地下空间开发,此举费时、耗材且对周边环境影响较大,不符合绿色施工理念。为此,研究开发了一种在不拆除既有地下室条件下逆作桩基的施工技术,并制定了相应的技术措施。经实践,取得了理想的效果。
        As for the underground space development of old buildings, usually, the basement of an old building is demolished, backfilled, reinforced and then the underground space development is carried out, which is time-consuming,material-consumable and has a great impact on the surrounding environment. It does not meet the green construction concept. To this end, a construction technology which can reversely construct the pile foundation without dismantling the existing basement is developed and the corresponding technical measures are also formulated. After practice, the desired effect has been achieved.
