摘要

针对工程建设项目在施工图设计阶段的投资控制专题,阐述投资控制管理制度和实施工作。主要从加强设计人员经济意识、设定施工图设计限额目标、施工图限额设计、优化设计减少投资4个方面进行阐述。
        In view of the special topic of investment control of engineering construction project in construction drawing design phase, this paper expounds the investment control management system and implementation work mainly from four aspects of strengthening the economic consciousness of designers,setting the target of construction drawing design quota, carrying out the construction drawing quota design and optimizing the design to reduce investment.
