基于主成分分析的TOPSIS法和RSR法对四川省《医院中药房基本标准》执行现状的综合评价

摘要
目的探讨基于主成分分析的理想方案相似性的顺序优选技术(TOPSIS)与秩和比法(RSR)相结合的可行性。结合3种方法,对四川省《医院中药房基本标准》的实施情况进行综合评价。方法通过问卷调查237家医院中药房的基本情况,并查阅文献选取21个指标,在主成分分析的基础上,将TOPSIS法和RSR法结合使用以评估《标准》的实施情况。结果本研究共提取了4个主成分。RSR法的分档结果显示:二级中医医院以及二级中西医结合医院对《标准》的实施情况较好,一级中西医结合医院较差。结论基于主成分分析的TOPSIS法和RSR法的组合使用在评估《标准》实施情况方面是可行的。四川省医院中药房的设置现状与《标准》要求仍存在一定差距。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using TOPSIS method and RSR method based on principal component analysis,nd to comprehensively evaluate the implementation status of the "Basic Standards of Hospital TCM Pharmacy" in Sichuan using the three methods.Methods A questionnaire survey was administered to obtain the basic situation of TCM pharmacies in 237 hospitals and 21 indexes were selected according to literature survey.On the basis of principal component analysis,TOPSIS method and RSR method were combined to evaluate the implementation of the "Standard".Results 4 principal components were extracted in this study.RSR method's grading results displayed that the second level TCM hospital and the second level hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were better,and the first level hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine was worse.Conclusion On the basis of principal component analysis,the combination of TOPSIS and RSR method is reliable in the evaluation of the implementation of the "standard".There is still a certain gap between the setting of TCM pharmacy in Sichuan and the requirements of the "standard".
