常见蜜源花卉开发利用研究进展

摘要
蜜源花卉是指供蜜蜂采集花蜜和花粉的花,生物资源非常丰富,因含有多种营养物质及生物活性物质而具有药食两用性。目前我国对于蜜源花卉的开发利用并不广泛,以致多数蜜源花卉在农副产业中被当作废弃物。随着绿色科学的发展,人们逐渐意识到蜜源花卉具有广阔的开发价值。本文就常见的蜜源花卉研究进行综述,分析其主要成分以及常用的分离纯化技术,以期为蜜源花卉高效利用提供依据。
        Nectar plant flowers refer to flowers for bees to collect nectar and pollen,and their biological resources are rich.They have the dual use of medicine and food,because they contain a variety of nutrients and bioactive substances.At present,the development and utilization of nectar plant flowers in China is not extensive,so most nectar plant flowers are regarded as wastes in the agricultural and sideline industries.With the development of green science,people gradually realize that nectar plant flowers have broad development value.This paper reviewed the research progress of common nectar plant flowers,analyzed their main components and the common separation and purification technology,in order to provide references for the efficient utilization of nectar plant flowers.
