摘要
炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD),是一种反复发作的慢性炎症性肠道疾病,其发病机制目前尚不十分清楚。通常认为免疫系统功能异常与IBD的发生、发展关系密切,Th17是一种T淋巴细胞亚群,成熟的Th17可以分泌IL-17A、IL-17F、IF-21、IL-22等一系列炎症因子,其中IL-17A在肠上皮黏膜损伤过程中起重要作用。随着对IL-17A研究的进一步深入,针对IL-17A分泌过程进行调节干预也成为IBD治疗的新思路。
        Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), including ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn's disease(CD), is a recurrent chronic intestinal inflammatory disease. Its pathogenesis is still not clear. It's generally accepted that the immune system dysfunction is related to the occurrence and development of IBD. Th17 cells are a subset of T lymphocyte. Th17 cells can secrete a series of inflammatory factors, such as IL-17A, IL-17F, IF-21, IL-22, and IL-17A plays an important role in the process of intestinal mucosal injury. With the further study of IL-17A, regulatory intervention for the IL-17A secretory process may be a new approach to the treatment of IBD.
