摘要
磁集成技术能有效地减小磁件体积,降低磁件损耗,减小电流纹波,提高变换器的动态响应。该文将正激变换器的滤波电感与变压器进行磁集成,利用数学方程分析耦合电感实现电流纹波减小的条件,并将其应用于正激变换器,根据变换器的工作模态给出占空比的取值,利用磁路分析给出减小电流纹波的集成磁件耦合度设计区域与正激变压器次级绕组及输出电感匝数关系,并分析磁集成后开关管的电压与电流应力。利用磁路电路等效变换方法建立集成磁件等效电路,给出集成磁件的设计准则,对设计实例进行仿真及实验验证,结果验证了理论分析的正确性与设计准则的有效性。
        The magnetic integration technology can effectively reduce the magnetic parts volume, the magnetic loss,and the current ripple, can also improve the dynamic response of the converter. This paper integrated the filter inductance of the positive converter with the transformer, using mathematical equation analysis of the coupling inductance realizes current ripple decrease condition, and applied to the forward converter,according to the working mode of the converter was given the value of duty ratio. The relationship between design areas of the integrated magnetic piece coupling design for the reduction of current ripple was reduced and forward transformer secondary winding and output inductance turns were given by magnetic circuit analysis, and analyzed the magnetic switch tube voltage and current stress after integration. Magnetic circuit equivalent transformation method was used to establish the integrated magnetic equivalent circuit, and given the integrated magnetic parts design criterion, designed example for the simulation and experimental verification. The results validate the correctness of theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the design criteria.
