摘要
为缓解矿山装备企业对仿真技术日益增长的需求与资金投入不足之间的矛盾,提出将ADAMS软件与云仿真技术结合,以方便地获取采煤机运动机构在复杂工况下的动力学特性。介绍了两种远程调用ADAMS的关键技术,并以ASP.NET平台为基础,采用HTML、C#.NET、ADO.NET、批处理命令等技术开发了基于云仿真的采煤机动力学分析系统。系统采用B/S三层架构,实现了仿真运算、访问历史记录及查看仿真视频三种功能。该系统能够为采煤机设计过程中后续的模型设计及验证提供帮助,同时为ADAMS软件在其他机械产品的云仿真应用方面提供了参考和借鉴。
        It put forward the combination of ADAMS and the cloud simulation technology to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the shearer mechanism under complex conditions conveniently. This method can ease the contradiction between the demand of mining equipment companies for the simulation technology and the shortage of investment. Two different key technologies of the remote call of ADAMS were introduced on this paper. On the ASP.NET platform,a dynamics analysis system of shearer based on cloud simulation was developed,in which HTML,C#.NET,ADO.NET,Windows batch commands etc. were applied. The system adopted B/S 3-tier architecture and realized three functions: dynamics simulation,querying record and viewing simulation video. The system can provide help for the future design of the shearer and provide technical support for network application of other mechanical products.
