摘要

目的:探讨Carto指导房性心动过速射频导管消融的疗效和安全性。方法:收治房性心动过速患者10例,在Carto标测系统指引下行射频消融治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:9例患者未再发心动过速,1例右侧隐匿性预激综合征伴PJRT患者再次消融后未再发心动过速;所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:Carto指导房性心动过速射频导管消融的疗效显著,安全性高。
        Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO.Methods:10 patients with radiofrequency ablation were chosen.They were treated with atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO,and we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:No tachycardia was found in 9 patients.No tachycardia was found in 1 patient with right occult preexcitation syndrome with PJRT after radiofrequency ablation,and no serious complications were found in all patients.Conclusion:The efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO was significant,the security was high.
