摘要
通过高温高压CO2腐蚀模拟实验研究了温度和压力对J55油套管钢在某油井模拟采出液中的腐蚀行为的影响,以失重法计算了平均腐蚀速率,并观察了腐蚀类型。结果表明,在温度<50℃,压力<6 MPa时,腐蚀速率随压强和温度升高而增加,腐蚀速率最大值出现在10 MPa,50℃处,当温度在65℃时,已经有了保护膜,保护膜随温度升高均匀性和致密性变好,压力在10 MPa时,保护膜已经破坏,并随压强升高保护膜破坏程度加强,超临界状态,腐蚀速率一直增大。
In this paper,the corrosion behavior of temperature and pressure on J55 oil casing in simulated production fluid environment is studied by high temperature and high pressure CO_2 corrosion simulation experiment. Weight loss methods are used to analyze the corrosion rate,microstructure and composition of corrosion products. Results showed that the corrosion rate increases with the pressure less than 6 MPa and temperature less than 50℃. The maximum corrosion rate is in 10 MPa,50℃. There has been corrosion products When the temperature at 65℃ and as the temperature rises,the corrosion products become more homogeneous and compact. When the pressure is at 10 MPa,the corrosion products are damaged,reaching a supercritical state,and the damage degree and corrosion rate of the corrosion products increase with the pressure increasing.
