基于MasterCAM的变圆角活塞避阀坑加工

摘要
活塞头部结构设计中必须加工避阀坑,以利于活塞在运动过程中存在一定的间隙。以变圆角活塞避阀坑加工为例,基于MasterCAM软件,完成其数控加工中所用各项参数的设置、工艺过程编制以及加工NC代码生成,并完成实际加工。分析变圆角活塞避阀坑加工过程中采用不同编程方式所造成的影响,最终确定了活塞变圆角避阀坑最优加工方法。
        The head of piston must be machined avoid the pit, so that the piston can have some clearance during movement. Taking the processing of avoiding valve pits of the variable rounded piston as an example, the parameters setting, the processing process preparation and NC code generation were completed by using MasterCAM software. And the actual processing was completed. The influence of different programming methods on the machining of the piston avoiding valve pit was analyzed. Finally, the optimal machining method was determined.
