摘要
实验室对Cr12、Cr12MoV、Cr12Mo1V1进行不同热处理工艺对硬度和冲击韧性影响试验,并用光学显微镜对显微组织和共晶碳化物不均匀性进行对比分析。试验结果表明,Cr12、Cr12MoV、Cr12Mo1V1最佳淬火加热温度分别为920~960℃、980~1 020℃、1 020~1 060℃,经低温回火后硬度为62.5 HRC~63 HRC,纵向冲击功分别约为15、30、40 J。可见,Cr12、Cr12MoV、Cr12Mo1V1高硬、高耐磨性相当;冲击韧性Cr12Mo1V1最好,其次为Cr12MoV,Cr12最差;共晶碳化物不均匀性Cr12最差,Cr12MoV和Cr12Mo1V1水平相当且好于Cr12。
        The influences of the different heat treatment processes on the hardness and impact toughness of Cr12,Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1 V1 were tested in the laboratory. The microstructure and eutectic carbide inhomogeneity were analyzed by microscope. The experiment results showed that the best quenching temperature of Cr12,Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1 was 920-960 ℃,980-1 020 ℃ and 1 020-1 060 ℃,respectively. After tempering at the low temperature the hardness was 62.5-63 HRC and the longitudinal impact energy was 15 J,30 J and 40 J,respectively. It proved that Cr12,Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1 V1 had similar high hardness and high wear resistance.The impact toughness of Cr12Mo1V1 was the best,and the toughness of Cr12MoV was better than Cr12,the carbide inhomogeneity of Cr12was worse than Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1.
