摘要
【目的】对一起因食用变质黑木耳引起的食物中毒事件进行调查,分析中毒原因。【方法】开展现场流行病学调查,并采集可疑食物及患者血液进行实验室检测。【结果】此起食物中毒为家庭内聚集性食物中毒,暴露人数3人,死亡1人。2名患者血液中检出米酵菌酸毒素。【结论】该起事件是一起椰毒假单胞酵米面亚种引起的食物中毒,中毒食物疑是黑木耳。为防范类似事件的再次发生,应加强宣传教育,倡导健康安全的饮食习惯。
[Objective] To investigate a food poisoning incident caused by spoiled black fungus and to find out the cause of poisoning. [Methods] The field epidemiological investigation was carried out,and the suspected food and blood of patients were collected for laboratory detection. [Results] This incident took place in a family,and one person was dead with three people exposed.Rice ferment acid toxin were found in the blood of two people. [Conclusion] This food poisoning incident was caused by spoiled black fungus which was polluted by pseudomonas cocovenenans subspfarinofermentans.Public education should be strengthened to develop healthy and safe eating habits and to prevent similar events.
