摘要
运输是煤矿生产中的重要一环,其顺畅运行是煤矿安全生产的必要保证。险兆事件意味着运输过程存在隐患,但若不及时整改,有可能导致运输事故的发生,对煤矿安全生产造成严重干扰,而险兆事件的分析研究有利于积累相应的安全管理经验,开展及时防控,从而预防事故的发生,因此探讨运输险兆事件影响因素并对其开展有针对性的防控管理势在必行。论文首先构建煤矿运输险兆事件致因模型,编制并发放调查问卷收集相关数据,运用SPSS 24.0及AMOS 21.0对数据及模型进行处理,数据进行信效度检验后,对模型进行修正及拟合处理。研究表明运输设备系统、组织管理系统等因素对煤矿运输事故的发生有较大影响,在此基础上,建立煤矿运输险兆事件综合防控模型,提出设计完善的运输险兆事件安全管理方案、控制不安全行为、加强设备技术及企业综合管理、培育安全氛围等相关对策,以防控煤矿运输事故的发生。研究成果将对煤矿运输险兆事件致因机理及煤矿运输险兆事件防控管理研究提供一定的指导和借鉴意义。
        Transportation is an important part of coal mine production and its smooth operation is a necessary guarantee for safety production of coal mine.The transportation near-miss incidents mean that there are hidden dangers in the transportation process of coal mine,if they are not rectified and reformed in time,they may lead to the occurrence of transportation accidents and cause serious interference to the coal mine safety production.The analysis and research of the near-miss incidents are conducive to accumulate corresponding safety management experience and prevent and control the accidents in time.It is imperative to explore the influencing factors of the transportation hazard incident and carry out targeted prevention and control management.Firstly,the paper constructed the cause model of the transportation near-miss incidents in coal mine,compiled and issued questionnaires to collect relevant data,and used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0 to process the data and model.After the reliability and validity test of the data,the model was revised and proposed.The research shows that factors such as transportation equipment system,organization and management system have great influence on the occurrence of transportation near-miss incidents in coal mine.On the basis,a comprehensive prevention and control model for coal mine transportation near-miss incidents is constructed,and relevant countermeasures are put forward such as establishing safety management scheme,controlling unsafe behavior,strengthening equipment technology management,strengthening enterprise comprehensive management and fostering safety atmosphere in order to prevent and control the occurrence of coal mine transportation accidents.The research results can provide some guidance and reference for the research of the cause mechanism and prevention and control management of coal mine transportation near-miss incidents.
