摘要
目的在同伴中开展以沙画视频为载体的艾滋病教育的效果评价。方法多名同伴推广员对身边15~30岁较少接受过艾滋病教育的同伴进行一对一沙画视频推广,以观后讨论的形式进行干预,干预前后分别进行一次问卷调查。结果 130名干预同伴对艾滋病核心知识的正确知晓率较高,新八条的合格率由干预前的81.5%上升至干预后的90.8%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于艾滋病相关生活技能和风险意识,多项有所提高。结论以沙画视频为载体开展艾滋病同伴教育有效地增加了同伴的艾滋病知识,培养了艾滋病相关生活技能,并提高了风险意识,这种同伴干预形式值得在高校学生和校外青年当中推广。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of using sand painting video as carrier in AIDS education. Methods Several peer promoters promoted sand painting video one by one for peers who were 15 to 30 years old and had less knowledge about AIDS. Intervention was conducted in the post-observation discussion, and before and after the intervention the study would conduct a questionnaire survey among them. Results The correct awareness rate of AIDS core knowledge of130 intervention peers was rather high,and the cognition rate of young students about AIDS(Eight items) increased from 81.5% before the intervention to 90.8% after the intervention. The difference in AIDS cognition before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05). AIDsrelated life skills and risk awareness had been improved. Conclusion AIDS peer education,with the carrier of sand painting video,could effectively increase AIDS knowledge of peers,cultivate AIDs-related life skills, and improve risk awareness. This kind of peer intervention is worth promoting among college students and off campus youth.
