摘要
陕西黄陵煤化工有限责任公司对原有脱硫系统进行达标改造,介绍了采用的HPF法一塔式脱硫技术。分析了一塔式脱硫再生系统升级改造情况,讨论了该系统运行期间存在的脱硫液循环量不足、脱硫液中挥发氨含量偏低、脱硫液中PDS浓度偏低、一体塔进口H2S偏高的问题,并提出可行性的解决方案,包括:改造泵进口管道、增加气氨管道、增加清液分流装置、更换堵塞填料、提高预冷塔换热效率。这些解决方案是否可行,有待实践检验。
        The standard transformation of the original desulfurization system was carried out in Shaanxi Huangling Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2017, and the one tower type desulfurization technology by the HPF method was introduced. The upgrading and transformation of the one tower type desulfurization regeneration system was analyzed. The problems existed during the operation of the system were discussed, including insufficient circulation of desulfurizing solution,low volatile ammonia content in desulfurizing solution, low concentration of PDS in desulfurizing solution, and high hydrogen sulfide content at the inlet of one tower. And the feasible solutions were put forward, including the modification of the inlet pipe of the pump, the increase of the gaseous ammonia pipeline, the increase of the clear liquid separation device, the replacement of the plugging filler, and the improvement of the heat transfer efficiency of the pre cooling tower. The feasibility of these solutions is yet to be tested in the practice.
