微波合并祛风补肝肾中药熏洗治疗外阴白斑

摘要
目的分析微波合并祛风补肝肾中药熏洗治疗外阴白斑的临床效果,给临床治疗提供参考性的依据。方法选取40例2017年1月～2018年1月在阳春市中医院妇产科门诊就诊的外阴白斑患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例,给对照组患者给予维生素B+维生素A+外涂氟美松软膏加乙烯雌酚软膏治疗,给观察组患者给予微波合并祛风补肝肾中药熏洗治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗治愈率(30.00%)、有效率(95.00%)均高于对照组治愈率(10.00%)、有效率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医疗人员在临床上治疗外阴白斑患者时,采用微波合并祛风补肝肾中药熏洗治,有着较好的治疗效果,毒副作用小,此种治疗方式有着较高的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and decoction for the treatment of leukoplakia and provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Forty patients with leukoplakia who were treated at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Yangchun City Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group received Vitamins B+vitamin A+coated with Flumethasone ointment plus Ethyl-Estradiol ointment treatment,while the observation group got microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of dispelling wind and tonifying liver and kidney treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate(30.00%)and effective rate(95.00%)in the observation group were higher than the cure rate(10.00%)and effective rate(70.00%)in the control group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Medical personnel in the clinical treatment of patients with leukoplakia,the use of microwave combined with fan-bu-hepatorenal herbal fumigation and washing treatment,have a good therapeutic effect,less toxic side effects,which has high promotion value.
