摘要
ICAM-1是免疫球蛋白超家族成员,是人体内分布最为广泛的细胞间黏附分子,可表达于多种不同组织来源的恶性肿瘤,通过参与肿瘤细胞和血管内皮或中性粒细胞的黏附介导恶性肿瘤的血行转移和淋巴结转移,并通过竞争性抑制血液循环中ICAM-1/LFA-1依赖的MHC-1类抗原对游离肿瘤细胞的免疫识别作用,介导肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸,参与恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移过程。深入研究ICAM-1在恶性肿瘤中的表达与功能,有助于进一步认识恶性肿瘤侵袭转移的分子机制,也为恶性肿瘤的诊断和预后判断提供了新的指标。
        ICAM-1 is an immunoglobulin superfamily member,which is the intercellular adhesion molecule that is most widely distributed in the human body,which can be expressed in malignant tumour from different tissues. Moreover is involved in the process of invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors,and can mediate the immune escape of tumor cells by competitive inhibition of immunologic recognition effects on ICAM-1/LFA-1 reliant MHC-1 type of antigen as well as by participating in the hematogenous metastasis and lymph node metastasis of malignant tumor mediated by tumor cells,vascular endothelial cells and neutrophilic granulocytes. To research deeply the expression and function of ICAM-1 is helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor,also to provide new indexes for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of malignant tumor.
