摘要
对几种不同的单一/混合黄药在自然条件下及与硫化矿作用后的降解规律进行了分析研究,考察了黄药浓度、不同比例的混合黄药及其与硫化矿作用对黄药降解的影响,并建立了相应的降解动力学方程。结果表明,在自然降解条件下,混合黄药中不论提高乙黄还是戊黄的比例,与单一黄药的自然降解相比,其更难降解;提高混合黄药中戊基黄药的比例,能加快其与硫化矿作用后的自然降解速率。与硫化矿作用后的混合黄药,都明显大于在自然条件下黄药的降解速率,与含硫低的硫化矿作用后的降解速率高于与含硫高的硫化矿作用后的。不同浓度的单一黄药、不同比例的混合黄药自然条件下及与硫化矿作用后的降解过程基本符合一级动力学方程。
        Degradation of several different single/mixed xanthates under natural conditions and after adsorption of sulfide ore was analyzed. The effects of xanthate concentration, different ratios of mixed xanthate and adsorption of sulfide ore on the degradation of xanthate were investigated, and the corresponding degradation kinetic equation was established. The results show that under natural degradation conditions, whether increasing the ratio of ethyl xanthate or amyl xanthate in the mixed xanthate, it is more difficult to degrade than the natural degradation of a single xanthate. Increasing the ratio of amyl xanthate can accelerate its natural degradation rate after the action of sulfide ore. It is obvious that the degradation rate of the mixed xanthate after adsorption of sulfide ore is significantly greater than of the xanthate under natural conditions.After the adsorption of sulfide ore, the low sulfur content has a higher degradation rate compared with the high sulfur content. The degradation process of single xanthate with different concentrations, mixed xanthate with different ratios under natural conditions and mixed xanthate after the adsorption of sulfide ore are basically following the first-order kinetic equation.
