摘要
目的:探讨CCU N1级护士核心能力培训的方法。方法:评估CCU N1级护士核心能力,确定岗位分级,培训方法为集中授课,护士长查房,护理教学查房,死亡病例讨论,一对一带教,现场观摩及示范。培训内容为专科理论知识与技能,实际工作应对能力,急救能力。培训分为3阶段,时间为1年。结果:CCU N1级护士核心能力提高,各项护理指标缓慢提高。结论:专业的N1级培训方法有助于提高CCU N1级护士核心能力。
Objective: To study the methods of CCU N1 core competence training for nurse. Methods: The workplaces were classified by evaluating the core competence of N1 CCU nurses. Training methods were centralized instruction, head nurse ward inspection, nursing teaching round, death case discussion, one-to-one model of clinical teaching, site observation and demonstration. The training content including specialized theoretical knowledge and skills, ability to respond to the actual situation and first aid ability. The training was divided into three stages and lasted for one year. Results: The nursing indicators improved accordingly with the improvement of the core ability of N1 CCU nurses. Conclusion: The professional N1 training method is helpful to improve the core competence of N1 CCU nurses.
