“双一流”建设中高校学报特色栏目的功能与创建

"双一流"建设高校需要一流的学科,也需要一流的学报。调研"双一流"建设高校学报特色栏目的设置现状,统计该类高校学报入选中国科学引文数据库(Chinese Science Citation Database,CSCD)(2017-2018年度)情况,探讨特色栏目与学报影响力的关系。结果表明,特色栏目能提升学报的影响力,但也存在部分"双一流"建设高校学报不够重视特色栏目建设的现象。基于此,提出"双一流"建设高校学报应创建与一流学科和潜力一流学科精准对接的特色栏目,同时利用特色栏目助推一流学科建设。
The construction of "Double-First-Class" universities not only require the first-class discipline but also the first-class journal. The current situation of journal characteristic column setting of the "Double-First-Class" construction universities is investigated. Statistics of this kind of university journal that are selected in the Chinese science citation database(2017-2018) is analyzed. The relationship between characteristic column and influence of journal is explored. The result shows that the influence of journal can be enhanced by characteristic columns. Most of the "Double-First-Class" construction universities journals do not pay enough attention to the construction of characteristic columns. The authors put forward that the "Double-First-Class" construction university journal should create the characteristic columns which match with the first-class disciplines and potential first-class disciplines, and use them to promote the construction of first-class disciplines.
