摘要
目的:探讨血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平与无排卵性功血(ADUB)患者的子宫内膜微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法:以2018年1月至12月我院收治的ADUB患者100例为观察组,选择同期在我院进行体检的健康人员100例为对照组。分别采用酶联免疫(ELISA法)及免疫组织化学法对两组血浆VEGF水平与MVD计数进行检测,并予以相关性分析。结果:观察组和对照组血浆VEGF分别是10.68±1.12 pg/m L、9.83±1.07 pg/m L,P=0.000;观察组和对照组血浆MVD分别是24.85±2.85个/×100HP、17.44±2.39个/×100HP,P=0.000。Pearson相关性分析可得:ADUB患者血浆VEGF水平与子宫内膜MVD水平相关性P=0.000,R=0.62。结论:1.VEGF水平在ADUB患者的血浆呈现上升趋势。2.ADUB患者的血浆VEGF水平与子宫内膜MVD水平存在正相关性。
        Objective: To determine the correlation between plasma vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) level and endometrial microvascular density( MVD) in patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding( ADUB). Methods: A total of 100 ADUB patients admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and December 2018 were included as the study group. A contemporary cohort of 100 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital was included as the control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) and immunohistochemistry were used to examine the plasma VEGF level and MVD counts for correlation analysis. Results: The plasma VEGF level in the study group and control group was 10.68±1.12 pg/m L and 9.83±1.07 pg/m L,respectively,P = 0.000. The plasma MVD counts in the study group and control group were 24.85+2.85/×100 HP and 17.44+2.39/×100 HP,respectively( P = 0.000). Pearson correlation analysis showed that a positive correlation between plasma VEGF level and endometrial MVD in ADUB patients( r = 0.62,P = 0.000).Conclusion: 1. The VEGF level in plasma of ADUB patients shows an increasing trend. 2. There is a positive correlation between plasma VEGF level and endometrial MVD in ADUB patients.
