摘要
水工建筑物中泵站肘形进水流道为三维曲面结构,是泵站工程中结构型式最复杂、技术难度最大的关键部位,也是泵站BIM技术研究应用的难点之一。扬州市瓜洲泵站工程在施工实践中采用Revit软件攻克了肘形进水流道建模难关,很好地解决了精确计量、三维立体视图、模板精细制作等难题。并以Revit建模为基础实现了碰撞检查、施工模拟、质量控制和信息化等方面的应用,为BIM技术在泵站工程中的全面应用夯实了基础。
The elbow inlet channel of pump station in hydraulic engineering is a three-dimensional curved structure, which is the most complex structure and the most difficult technical part in pump station engineering.It is also one of the difficulties in the research and application of BIM technology of pump station. During the construction of Guazhou pump station project, Revit software was used to overcome the difficulty of elbow-shaped inlet channel modeling, which achieved good results with precise metering, 3 D view and fine template production. Based on Revit modeling, the application in collision inspection, construction simulation, quality control and informationization is realized, which lays a solid foundation for the comprehensive application of BIM technology in pump station engineering.
