β-Catenin蛋白和Survivin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要
目的探讨β-catenin蛋白和survivin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测60例结直肠癌、40例结直肠腺瘤和40例癌旁正常组织中β-catenin蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达,并分析两者与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果β-catenin蛋白与Survivin蛋白的表达呈正相关,且β-catenin蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的Dukes分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P <0.05)。结论 Survivin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白高表达在结直肠癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。联合检测β-catenin蛋白和Survivin蛋白有助于了解结直肠肿瘤的生物学行为并对患者的早期诊断、判断预后提供分子生物学的支持。
Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin and survivin in colorectal carcinoma and their correlation with clinical pathology. Methods The expression of β-catenin protein and Survivin protein in 60 cases of colorectal cancer,40 cases of colorectal adenoma and 40 cases of normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma were detected by Elivision immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of β-catenin protein and Survivin protein and clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of β-catenin protein was positively correlated with that of Survivin protein,and the expression of β-catenin and Survivin protein was closely related to Dukes stage,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Survivin protein and capital-catenin protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.The combined detection of β-catenin protein and Survivin protein is helpful to understand the biological behavior of colorectal tumors and provide molecular biological support for early diagnosis and prognosis.
