固溶温度对AISI 302奥氏体不锈钢显微组织及晶间腐蚀性能的影响

摘要
AISI 302丝材的显微组织对其晶间腐蚀性能具有重要影响。利用电加热固溶设备对AISI 302奥氏体不锈钢丝材进行不同温度的固溶处理和650℃×2 h的敏化处理,利用金相显微镜、万能材料试验机对加工态及固溶态AISI 302丝材的显微组织、力学性能进行分析,并应用扫描电镜对敏化态试样的拉伸断口形貌进行分析;同时对比研究了不同固溶温度AISI 302丝材的晶间腐蚀性能。结果表明:AISI 302不锈钢在900℃以上发生完全再结晶;但完全再结晶态AISI 302不锈钢丝材敏化处理试样较加工态试样表现出较差的抗晶间腐蚀性能,腐蚀区域的Cr元素含量较基体更高。
        AISI 302 austenitic stainless steel was treated at different solution temperatures in the electrical heating equipment,and then followed by sensitization processing of 650 ℃ ×2 h. The microstructure was observed by optical microscope. The mechanical properties were tested by the universal material machine. Meanwhile the tensile fracture morphologies of sensitization processing samples of different statements were researched using scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that there were distinct diversities in microstructures and intergranular corrosion properties. The complete recrystallization temperature was above 900 ℃. The solution samples possessed worse anti-intergranular corrosion properties. Besides,the Cr element in corrosion area was higher than that in the matrix.
