摘要
平煤股份十矿北二进风井设计井深1 119.572m,净直径8.0m,采用"四大一深"机械化配套凿井设备和工艺施工(即大井架、大提升机、大抓岩机、大吊桶和液压伞形钻架深孔爆破),短段掘砌混合作业,取得了最高月进尺达156m的好成绩,实现了快速施工。
The design depth of the north No.2 ventilating shaft of the No.10 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.was 1 119.572 mand the net diameter was 8.0 m.The"Four large,one deep"of mechanized shaft sinking equipments and technology(i.e.,large headgear,large hoister,large grab loader,large bucket and deep hole blasting by hydraulic umbrella boring frame)were adopted in the construction,and the mixed operation of short section excavation and lining was used.It achieved the highest monthly footage of 156 m,and achieved rapid construction.
