消痛贴膏结合关节松动术与封闭疗法对治疗肩周炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的对比分析奇正消痛贴膏结合关节松动术与肩周封闭疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法收集本院自2016年1月至2017年12月就诊的106例肩周炎患者(包括住院及门诊),将其随机分为两组,各53例,一组采用奇正消痛贴膏结合关节松动术治疗,另一组采用单纯的肩周封闭疗法治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗前后采用VAS疼痛评分和肩关节的主活动范围(AROM)来评定肩关节疼痛程度及活动功能。结果两组患者经治疗后肩关节疼痛程度显著减轻,关节主动活动范围显著改善,消痛贴膏组的疗效优于肩周封闭组,比较分析具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痛贴膏结合关节松动术能显著减轻肩周炎引起的疼痛和改善关节活动受限,且易携带、见效快、使用方便、效价比高等优点,值临床推广应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of Xiaotong Plaster combined with joint mobilization and blocking theraty in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 106 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 53 cases in each group. One group was treated with Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste combined with joint mobilization techniques, and the other group was treated with simple shoulder blocking therapy, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,we used VAS pain score and active range of motion(AROM) of the shoulder joint to evaluate the pain and function. Results After the treatment, the pain of shoulder in the two groups was significantly reduced, and the active range of motion was significantly improved too. The effect of Xiaotong Plaster group was better than the blocking therapy group, and the comparative analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaotong Plaster combined with joint mobilization techniques can significantly reduce the pain caused by Scapulohumeral Periarthritis and improve the activity range of motion of the shouder. It is easy to carry, convenient to use, cheap to buy and has excellent effect, so it is worth the clinical application.
