摘要
受历史条件和发展阶段限制,邓小平虽然没有明确对可持续发展概念做出界定,但他结合中国国情和世界形势,提出了先富带动后富的协调发展思想、分"三步走"的发展战略及重点关注人口、资源、环境均衡发展的观点和发展的三项基本原则,这些构成了邓小平发展理论的核心内容,是中国共产党可持续发展观形成的重要基础。
Limited by historical conditions and development stages,although Deng Xiaoping did not clearly define the concept of sustainable development,he put forward the idea of coordinated development of allowing people in certain regions to get rich and who has been rich should help others,the development strategy of"three steps"and the three basic principles of focusing on the balanced development of population,resources and environment in the light of China's national conditions and the world situation.These constitute the core content of Deng Xiaoping's development theory and the important foundation for the formation of the CPC's sustainable development concept.
